This page explains, in plain words, what Site Records Associates does with information on this website.

Who we are

Site Records Associates is an independent referral business. We help companies find out if their records could qualify for a paid AI data deal. We are not a data buyer. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• When you book a call. Our booking calendar is run by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you type in, like your name, email and company, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com’s own privacy policy also applies.
• When you email us. We get your email address and whatever you choose to write.
• The fit check on our home page. Your answers stay in your browser. They are not saved or sent to us.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use your details only to set up and hold your call, answer your questions, and follow up about your company’s fit. If you decide to apply with a data buyer, you do that yourself through the buyer’s own website, and the buyer’s privacy policy covers what you share there.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email details only as long as we need them to work with you, or as the law requires. Ask us at any time to see or delete what we have about you.

Your company’s records

We do not ask you to send us your company’s files. Any records you choose to license are shared directly with the data buyer, under the buyer’s own terms. Read those terms, and ask the buyer how they remove personal details, before you sign.
